- Balto AI: Retired.com uses Balto AI for real-time call analysis and feedback to improve quality assurance, training, and customer support. All data processed by Balto AI is securely encrypted and accessible only to authorized personnel.

- Plaid, Inc.: If applicable, Retired.com clients may use Plaid, Inc. (“Plaid”) to connect their IRA account with their bank account through the Retired.com platform. When using Plaid, Retired.com will share your bank account information to verify account details and confirm balances for transaction approvals. Plaid operates under its own Privacy Policy, available at https://plaid.com/legal/#end-user-privacy-policy.

- Google Analytics: Retired.com uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google®”). Google Analytics tracks visitor sessions and understand how users interact with our Site. This data helps us improve our website and mobile app experience and may also be used for marketing purposes. Google Analytics does not collect personal identification information such as names, telephone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, Social Security Numbers, or other sensitive data. ‍

- Firebase: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect technical and behavioral data related to app crashes and errors. This data helps us analyze and resolve issues within the Application. Firebase Crashlytics does not collect personal identification information, such as, names, telephone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, Social Security Numbers, or other sensitive data .

- Other Third-Party Service Providers: From time to time, Retired.com may contract with other third-party providers to support various business operations. These providers may only use your information as necessary to perform specific tasks, and they are prohibited from selling your  information. These service providers may include third-parties that perform transaction and payment processing, transaction monitoring, data analytics, identity verification, data storage, etc.

5. OFFLINE COLLECTION

This Policy applies only to personal information collected through the Site. When you  communicate with Retired.com offline, we will request personal information necessary to fulfill your requests, such as  placing an order, sending the Free Retired.com Guide, answering  questions,  creating a Retired.com client account, or responding to inquiries. 6. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18

8. HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AND ANY ASSOCIATED DATA

We respect your right to privacy and understand that you may wish to delete your account and associated data. To request deletion, , please  email us at support@retired.com. Upon confirmation of your request, all personal data associated with your account— including your profile information, activity logs, and preferences— will be permanently deleted from our servers.

- What Happens When You Delete Your Account: If you choose, to delete your account, all personal data associated with it, including your profile information, activity logs, and preferences, will be permanently deleted from our servers. Once this process is complete, your data cannot be recovered.

- Bank Secrecy Act Compliance: In compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable financial regulations, we are required to retain certain transaction records and related data. This includes information necessary for anti-money laundering and other financial monitoring activities. Even if your account is deleted, this data will be securely stored and accessible only to authorized personnel for compliance purposes.
